A senior lecturer in Hospitality and involvement in the building of New Zealand's first "Hotel School" at Manukau Institute of Technology, Shona Hurndell has a background in education. In the past 10 years, Shona has grown her own business Great Hospitality.
Shona also works in the corporate market offering tailored training programmes to a wide range of corporate clients. To ensure that Shona is up-to-date with what is happening in the hospitality industry, Shona is contracted to one of Auckland's well known hotels to advise and present in-house training workshops.
